Gias’ early career was in engineering, shaped working for two of the largest global corporations, building plants across Asia and earning an expatriate assignment in Japan.
A graduate of one of the world’s top business schools, Gias lived in Europe before settling in the US, directing global teams in sales, technology, acquisitions and strategy.
Gias has lived across continents, gaining experience in international negotiations and leading businesses in countries such as China, Germany, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Chile and the Netherlands.
As a top executive, Gias currently manages a quarter-billion dollar business, leading teams spanning the Americas, from Canada to Brazil, traveling the globe from the East Coast.
